Geez, I hate to admit, I never realized how awesome Freddie King was. I watched the video of Stevie Ray Vaughn playing Hide Away (below), an awesome Freddie King song and today I searched around to find Goin’ Down. Freddie King was too cool.
Lately I’ve been hunkering to learn how to play the roots of great guitar playing – the Blues…I have to say, if I could wake up one day and play the guitar like someone, it would be SRV – he was simply amazing. Just watch the video below to see him play Rude Mood around the 2:30 mark in the video – it’s unbelievable…
